When opening a save-as dialog, the filename part (not the extension) is
cleared, i.e. "foobar.html" becomes ".html".

This only happens when QT_IM_MODULE is set to scim-bridge. If I unset
QT_IM_MODULE, then everything works as expected.

This seems to happen in all KDE programs: konqueror, kwrite, kpaint...

It does not happen in e.g. QTs designer, which suggests this is a KDE problem
and not a QT problem.
