No, (at least in some distributions, I don't know if it works everywhere) if
you run Systemsettings as normal user, and you click on the icon of a module
which needs administrative privileges, it asks for the root password and opens
the module as root. It is user-frendly. It is slightly different (and thus
questionnable from a usability perspective) because it opens the module in a
new window, not inside Systemsettings.
