Was doing updates and while installing it said "The application KDE Daemon
(kded4) crashed and caused the signal 11 (SIGSEGV)." bug report is as follows

I have no idea what any of this means nor where in the installations it
crashed. I ran a backtrace but it said backtrace invalid so....
