In the timezone settings for "System Settings", there is currently no region
for Saint John, New Brunswick, Canada.  We are left having to choose either
Halifax, which is 400+ km away or Moncton, a smaller city.

It would be useful to have a timezone for Saint John, NB.

(It may be petty, but I'd add this myself if I knew how).
