with KDE 4.2 RC1 (4.1.96)  (with libqt4-4.4.3) build by openSuse
an error message appears when I try to assign the key shortcut 
of key XF86PowerDown  (shown correct with 'xev'):

"Die gerade gedrückte Taste wird von QT nicht unterstützt."
(= The pressed key is not supported by QT.)
