           Summary: Global Identities for KDE
           Product: kde
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Compiled Sources
        OS/Version: unspecified
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: wishlist
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: unassigned-bugs at kde.org
        ReportedBy: m_tadeu at yahoo.com

Version: (using Devel)
Installed from: Compiled sources

Since we're using identities on several applications( like kopete, kmail,
konversation, etc ) it would be cool to have an "identity repository".
Examples of this would be:

myaccount at gmail.com( as imap for kmail and gtalk for kopete )
myaccount( for konversation and kopete irc )
my_account( yahoo mail in kmail and yahoo messenger in kopete )

So mostly the identity would be defined only once and the accounts would be
centralized. If I configured my IRC account, that would be either for kopete
and for konversation.

There should exist the functionality( as there is now ) for multiple
identities. Each identity should support several accounts.
