I'll say :-)

Especially since krandrtray is labelled "Resize and Rotate". I would never have
thought of looking there for anything other than... er... resize and rotate. 

Nor, in fact, when one runs krandrtray on a vanilla install, is it at all
obvious to the user that krandrtray is any different from the "display"
component of System Settings. In fact, I was wondering why they both exist
since they seem to have identical functions in a vanilla installation... until
one installs kgamma, anyway.

As a user, I agree with Maciej about where kgamma should be (mostly based on
the fact that that's consistent with KDE3, and it seems like an obvious place
for the user to look).
