This wish hinges on wish/bug 163016 being implemented.

Currently, I have nine items in my mouse-menu (KDE 3.5) and it'd be ideal if I
could create submenus to keep things tidy.  For example, I may have two
sub-items under `Screen':

o Konsole
o Send Message
o Screen
  + Lock Screen
  + Turn off Display
