Mh, I can't reproduce here using:

Qt: 4.4.3 + qt-copy-patches-889120 
KDE: 4.1.87 (KDE 4.1.87 (KDE 4.2 >= 20090101))
kdelibs svn rev. 905454 / kdebase svn rev. 905455
on ArchLinux x86_64 - Kernel 2.6.27.10

Can you install "libqt4-dbg" to get proper debug symbols ? Thanks :)
