Script that blinks the scroll lock LED

This file can be excecuted by knotify (manually added at notification settings
of every application (e.g. kopete). See remarks for execution.
Uses "xset led". In my machine needs "xset led 3" to work for scroll lock, but
this can be adopted easily.
