Well, either I totally overlooked the Kickoff menu item or it wasn't there
until after I toggled the system setting off and back on.   But, it is there
now and, as such, this bug can be closed.  My only comment is that IMO it's not
very intuitive residing under the "Leave" tab.  Might make more sense within
the System Settings -> Session Manager dialog.  But then, that's likely the
start of  a large subjective debate.  Feedback is much appreciated.  Closing
the bug.
