When you change the default browser to something other than Konqueror it does
not automatically re-assign all of the file associations. For example *.htm,
*.html, etc. still remain linked to Konqueror. These should be re-assigned to
the new default browser if possible.

While this can be fixed through Dolphin's Open With menu it is still a bit of
an annoyance.
