I use KDE 4.3.0 from Ubuntu and I also removed the (maybe deprecated)
dragon-config file but the mouse cursor doesn't hide in fullscreen mode. It
sure does hide when you have a normal window. I also use Twinview and I dodn't
test it on single screen fullscreen.

Would be nice to see this fixed ;)
