I think that a bug sender with a "send" button will be appreciated by all kde
user, that have to fill your form, instead of push a simple button. 

Already exists a kde widget/application that show what happened on crashes, so
you could simply send those info, after ask user if he allow data sending to
you. 

You will get more reports, and we will no waste our time filling forms. :)
