When using VMware Workstation in full screen mode, the task manager stays in
front of the screen. That means that it covers the guest OS' task bar and icons
limiting its use. This cannot be by design, so it follows that it is a bug.
This works correctly in the old KDE and Gnome, therefore it is not a VMware
bug.
