To invoke Suspend / Hibernate function was during history of KDE4 evolution
unstable. Feature was / was not working different after each new release was
launched. 

I would like to have it integrated finally and allow this functionally be
modifiable in systemsettings in same tab where you can se commands for
shutdown. Would be good to be able to specify command for hibernation and allow
/ deny buttons are visible when leaving session.

Mainly this should be finally integrated with no more surprises at next
release.
