The items are listed according to weight then alphabetically, so that important
modules are shown first. 

You can change an items weight by changing the X-KDE-Weight variable in the
modules *.desktop files. Removing all of them will cause it to sort
alphabetically only.

Changing request to wishlist for feature to sort only alphabetically.
