Wasn't there according to the feature plan of KDE 4.2 to be implemented an
administrator button?

This is still listed as "to do" and there are a bunch of other things that are
listed "to do" or "in progress" are these things then going into KDE 4.3? I
looked also at the feature plan for 4.3 and I can't any of the missing features
from 4.2 in 4.3. So what will happen to those things? Because 4.2.2 was the
last of the 4.2 series, right, before 4.3?
