In KDE4 this isn't a simple way to add an entire submenu to the kicker panel
from the classic KDE menu any more. In kde3 it was done by right-clicking
panel, add application to panel, navigate list, click "Add this menu". That
doesn't seem possible in kde4 any longer. That feature should be included.
