Reproducable: Always (battery and AC)

When closing the laptop lid of my Dell XPS M1330, the laptop does not enter
suspend mode like specified in system settings. This worked in 4.1  (no data
thereafter because of a general suspend/resume bug with kernel 2.6.28).
