In all the applications I use the setting "text-position -> only symbols". When
I change the icon size this setting is set back to standard "text-position ->
text under symbols". This seems to happen often, but not always. I have
encountered this in Konqui, Ktorrent, Kmail so far. So I believe it is a
general KDE-problem.
