Summary: after update to KDE4.1.1 I cannot start KDE as a regular

           Product: kde
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Debian testing
        OS/Version: unspecified
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: unassigned-bugs at kde.org
        ReportedBy: bluedzins at wp.pl

Version: (using KDE 4.1.1)
Installed from: Debian testing/unstable Packages

after update to KDE4.1.1 I cannot start KDE as a regular user

I updated KDE4.1.0 to KDE4.1.1 the same way I updated KDE3.5.9 to KDE4.1.0.

Now (with KDE4.1.1) I cannot start KDE session for me (as regular user). No
matter if it is via kdm or via console and then startx. The screen blinks,
there is busy cursor shown for a second, and then I am back to kdm or console.
X.log shows only one error about missing mouse.

BUT, I can switch to console, log in as root, enter
startx
and voila, KDE starts perfectly well.
