Note: I use KDE 3, and inside a KDE 4 application. However, I dont think, thats
relevant on the long run. Lets explain:

starting a bug report (I used krdc4, but it seems to afflict every bug report i
tried, even running a bug report from inside konqueror4!) with "Launch Bug
Report Wizard" reports, that Konqueror is being started (icon jumps, konsole
shows nothing new). Nothing happens after that.

In the SAME dialog as "Launch Bug Report Wizard" button is residing, there is a
Link to "bugs.kde.org". Clicking this link opens firefox (my default browser)
correctly with the link.

So in addition to #159521 which might be the same bug I refer to (and seems to
confirm this bug in a way), "Launch Bug Report Wizard" should also use the
default browser (like the link does in the same panel) to execute its task -
which is a (combined) link anyway.

automatic bug reporting seems to be quite important for development process of
kde4+, so this may be important to fix.
