The only way I can currently imagine that might happen is if you configure two
different wallets for local and networked passwords. Please check in
systemsettings -> Advanced -> KDE Wallet ("different wallet for local
passwords").

Do you see two separate wallets in kwalletmanager? Can you open both of them?
