When I try to copy local directory including hundred of file via fish, copying
proccess almost always hangs and stalls on random file.

There's no problms with scp or network. Bug appears in both konqueror and
krusader so I believe it is fish kio slave problem.

How to reproduce:
- select a local folder with ~20 subfolders and ~200 small files
- try to copy it via fish (copy - paste will do)
- if it works (not my case), repeat until error appears :)
