When I run fonts settings module in RTL, it show the labels and button as LTR
mode without any change. 

if you run kcmshell4 fonts -reverse (in konsole) you should get all labels in
the right side and the select buttons in the left side . 

See the attached screenshot which display the current layout and the correct
layout in the RTL mode .
