Depending on what I am doing, from where I am copying information, I might find
it easaier to work with the month names or the number numbers (1-12). I propose
a new month format that includes both. For instance:
January(1)
February(2)
...

This would appear in all places where the month is either displayed or
selectable in KDE, such as in Kontact. For places where the long date format is
displayed, the month configuration MONTH(MM) works nicely.
