All windows lost their upper panel (like blue line for microsoft windows), with
minimize/maximize/close icons. And, in addition, they lost their frames, that
should surround every window, and now they have sharp corners instead of curve
one.

Look at the picture. Its Konqueror window with Kate window above. There is no
borders between them, no upper panels... I think its a very serious bug. KDE is
very hard to use for me in that way.
