Yeah, that works.
I just hacked around the problem, by removing the lines manually and 
chmod -w ~/.config/Trolltech.conf

I really think this is a KDE-Issue though, so someone should just remove the
code that writes KDE's palette to ~/.config/Trolltech.conf . Apperently it isnt
necessary anyway.
