How to repdocuce:

File..Open from any application

Click on a folder and press enter. The application complains that it cant read
the file, which is really a folder.

Expected Behaviour:

The folder should be opened in the open file dialog, allowing the user to
browse the folder instead of being forced to double click to navigate into a
folder.
