Upon boot up KDE crashes with the following error:

KDE Panel (Kicker) crashed with a signal 11 (SIGSEGV)

I then do not get my panel/toolbar at the top of the screen and am unable to
retrieve the toolbar at all.

Each boot up produces the same problem.
