Hello,

When I try to change my wallpaper the new one appears very briefly and then it is set to the default color (white). When I reboot, the old wallpaper is back.
I had to edit the /.kde/share/config/plasma-appletsrc to set my wallpaper.

I think that desktop preferences are not save properly
I had some similar issues with my shortcuts on the taskbar. When I reboot their are not here anymore.
