I downloaded wallpaper named /dev/urandom. KDE created folder dev and have put 'urandom.jpg' into it.

/home/nameczanin/.kde/share/wallpapers/dev/urandom.jpg

Of course that wallpaper isn't in the list of wallpapers. That bug reminds me old "bug" with apache and shadow file name in the path.
