[Bug 164009] some gnome windows can not be displayed in KDE environment, e.g. gmplayer's control panel, PackageKit's preference window, etc.

The application runs normally, except that the panel is not shown.
The gmplayer's control panel appeared in the taskbar, but however I clicked it, it was not shown.
The PackageKit's preference window flashed by and disappeared as if it was hidden by some program.
