I am not sure if this is a bug or not but here goes:

When I double click (or press Enter) on an item in the list of Keyboard shortcuts

the item disappears and a glitch appears in the arrow two items above

NB This does not occur when I double click on the keyboard shortcut itself (i.e. the right side of the item to the right side of the arrow) not the name of the item.
