CMake Error at libs/ksysguard/processui/CMakeLists.txt:78 (_kde4_target_link_interface_libraries):
  Unknown CMake command "_kde4_target_link_interface_libraries".

This error occurs when building several kdebase packages
If rename "_kde4_target_link_interface_libraries" to "kde4_target_link_interface_libraries" - packages builds fine.
