[Bug 166105] default install shows 9 desktops even though set to one only. when set to two rows, it shows 19 - duplicates.

just realized it is not a bug.  If you go to CompizConfig Settings Manager, the number of desktops can be changed.  I was trying to do it initially by using the configure desktop app and it wasn't working.
