After installing Fedora9 (and all subsequent KDE4 updates), the wallpaper in the background does not update when windows are moved or closed.  I can change the background wallpaper and it may be OK for a while, but after just a a few window moves, etc there background is mucked up again.

I searched the bug reports and didn't find anything very similar to this.

I have taken a screen shot to illustrate but don't know how to upload it here.
