My NumLock has always turning off when I change keyboard layout by the
keyboard. When this happend - numeric buttons doesn't work. Identical problem
appears on KDE 3.5.x - numlock diode is off, but numbers are working. I've
tried to set 'NumLock on KDE Startup' option on 'Turn on' and 'Leave
unchanged', but it couldn't help.
