Summary: Mouse acceleration and key repeat rate reset after every
                    xorg-update
           Product: systemsettings
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Debian testing
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: unassigned-bugs at kde.org
        ReportedBy: simon.eu at gmail.com

Version: (using KDE 3.5.9)
OS: Linux
Installed from: Debian testing/unstable Packages

Every time I update xorg, my mouse acceleration (usually to 1.0x) will be set
to something higher and the key repeat rate will be set to 0. However, in
kcontrol the settings stay as I want them to be; I've got to change the
acceleration to a different value and back and uncheck the key repeat rate
checkbox and check it again to convince kcontrol that I really mean it that
way.
