SystemSettings doesn't have an option to get to the "Trashcan Settings" in
order to configure the trashcan options. This kcm module is accesible from the
Trashcan plasmoid in Plasma or running "kcmshell4 kcmtrash". Shouldn't this be
accessible from SystemSettings too ? Or the settings in the "Trashcan Settings"
are only applied when you are using the Trashcan plasmoid and they would be
useless when you don't have it in your Plasma destop/panel? Thanks :)
