In KDE 4.1.80 (beta1) when changing panel from keyboard to mouse in Keyboard &
Mouse settings (settingspanel) there is allways a warning for unsaved changes
(even when nothings has changed). "cancel" loops endlessly between keyboard and
mouse panel. Only "discard" (or "save") exits the loop).
