Summary: Soundblaster Live! Value [CT4871] sputters (cuts in and
                    out) = Fedora 10
           Product: kde
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: unspecified
        OS/Version: other
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: unassigned-bugs at kde.org
        ReportedBy: wjonc002 at comcast.net

Version: (using KDE 4.1.3)
OS: Other

Soundblaster Live! Value [CT4871] sound sputters (system sound after login,
while playing cds, etc.) KScd works ok, but the volume is too low @ 100%(maybe
another bug) Program mainly used to play cds: kaffeine -- also stutters.
Thought it could be a problem with Pulseaudio, but I deferred it in system
settings and promoted Default...but with no change whatsoever. CD audio also
stutters using vlc.

KScd is the only program that doesn't stutter while playing cds, but the volume
is way too low even at 100% (system volume almost max-ed too)
