           Summary: user information wrong encoding
           Product: systemsettings
           Version: 4.1
          Platform: Slackware Packages
        OS/Version: unspecified
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: unassigned-bugs at kde.org
        ReportedBy: unachievable at gmail.com

Version: (using KDE 4.1.0)
Installed from: Slackware Packages

First of all I am using ru_RU.UTF-8 system locale, my KDE seems to be configure
the same.

If you go to "system settings" -> "Personal Information", and type in your
name(I type in Russian), it would appear there. Press "apply" button --- it is
applied. Then where evever you shoud see your name(for example in KDM, which is
also has setting Language=ru_RU.UTF-8), u see just questionmarks("??????"),
instead of your name.
