I think it was mentioned somewhere before but I can't find a BUG # for it. So sometimes it happens the the border of an plasmoid does not disappeared. I found out that this happens, if you went to fast out of the plasmoid. If you go back and move the mouse a little bit slower out of the plasmoid the border disappeared. Attached you can see the border of the plasmoids which still stay available.
