I have good news:

Within https://invent.kde.org/sdk/umbrello/-/issues/6 I removed the
need for kdelibs4support
and this made the Binary Factory build succeed again, see
https://binary-factory.kde.org/job/Umbrello_Nightly_win64/1750/
