Hi,

Hi Claudia,

I want to generate a simple class diagram with umbrello 2.31.1.
Creating the diagram works fine and I like the programm.
But when I save my diagram as .xmi and load it later again, the illustration isn't fine anymore.
The strings of attributes and functions are cutted, e.g. I created an attribute "test:double" - this will be displayed in the loaded class diagram as "test:d" or sometimes even only "tes".
I didn't found any setting to change this, so I hope anybody can explain me, what to do.

What you described looks to be a bounding box calculation and may depends on unusual system settings.

Is this a bug or can I prevent this behavior?

You did not wrote anything about the environment with which you are using umbrello. To be able to analyze this issue further informations are required, please file a bug report at https://bugs.kde.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=umbrello (https://bugs.kde.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=umbrello" target="_blank" rel="noopener) .
Best Regard
Ralf
