[umbrello] Getting an error while trying to save a new document on Umbrello on ubuntu16.04

It turns out that running this command does not work, because
dbus-launch tries to write into ~/.dbus/bus-session, which is owned by
root and not writeable.

Instead umbrello can save files after running the following command

sudo apt-get install  kio
