[Uml-user] Umbrello for Windows

Can anybody help??

I need run the Umbrello on Windows (98/XP), but...
I have got it from http://uml.sourceforge.net/download.php using link
http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/uml/umbrello-1.3.2-cygwin-binary.tar.bz2?download

But recover only umbrello.exe, then  I have downloaded the "cygwin1.dll",
but
it require others files.  I can't found they on NET. I had try the Cygwin,
but
nothing too...

The files are:
 CYGQT-MT-3.DLL
 CYGKDECORE-4.DLL
 CYGKDEUI-4.DLL
 CYGKIO-4.DLL
 CYGKDEPRINT-4.DLL

There's anyone that can help about this???  Anyone that can put this file
avaiable for download... please... I'll be fast to download it.
