[Uml-user] how can i get it working on redhat 9 ?

the KDE is 3.1,  i have spent server days on it , but i just can't make it work,
1. update KDE to 3.3, but i don't know how, i have downloaded many package files, but update failed at last
2.install umbrello independently, but i don't know how, where can i download the version for redhat 9
